I am a leadership and life coach with a deep belief that every individual is a unique story. My uplifting energy and practical life modalities create a safe space for clients to express their vulnerabilities and grow personally and professionally.
I guide clients on a journey of self-discovery, safeguarding their confidentiality and building a foundation of trust. Every coaching session is tailored to individual needs. I deliver measurable results, from improved leadership, greater job satisfaction, to happier humans.
My coaching style is shaped by the rich diversity of my experiences, from my upbringing in India, moving to the US as a first-generation immigrant, working with global corporate clients, traveling, and weaving together stories in four different languages within my family.

Growing up, I found joy in storytelling, a passion that, over time, shaped my understanding of people as unique and beautiful expressions of life. I loved decoding human challenges by employing cognitive strategies that reveal what individuals truly seek.
This journey led me to forge countless meaningful connections, where I recognized the power of empathy and genuine interactions in fostering change. My career in technology offered me the privilege of working alongside remarkable individuals from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
Beyond mastering corporate complexities, I absorbed invaluable life lessons through the stories of those around me. I felt a calling to engage more deeply in the human experience, and becoming a coach has allowed me to use storytelling as a transformative tool to bring clarity and insight to challenging situations. Through these methods, I am able to create an eclectic impact and nurture transformative growth in those I guide.
I am a Certified Executive Faculty Coach within the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, I focus on building collaborative relationships and tailored coaching to individual needs. With exceptional leadership frameworks, I deliver measurable results, from improved leadership, greater job satisfaction, to happier humans.
I hold a distinguished global career in the Technology sector, having worked at industry leaders like AT&T, Microsoft, and Akamai. My expertise spans cross-functional program and product management, corporate communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management. I lead mentorship programs for leadership forums within corporate environments, focusing on culture transformation and career development. I have played a key role in steering coaching workshops for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) aimed at supporting women, minority genders, and early-career employees.
I hold a Master’s in Computer Science from SUNY Binghamton, where I served as President of the Graduate School Organization. I am also a two-time Toastmasters District Finalist in the International Speech Contest.
Now based in Northern California, I live with my husband and two sons and am always up for an adventurous family excursion!
